I literally just purchased ***, and I feel I was too hasty. I really like the format of the calendar and the layout to the company vs. the customer.  I am looking for a format to be able to simply do the following.

1- Client check date

2- Client put in request for quote, based on packages they can see but not price, sort of a build your own quote.

3- Client login for planning forms.

4- Guest login for music requests.

Both of you do that to some degree. But what I need to tweak it to do is.

1- I want a program that will allow me to make reminders sort of like in outlook. tasks if you will for reminders to the customer (forms due by such date), and to me (client paperwork not in yet for client).

2- I want to append my music to the expanded music dbase. I am a bilingual DJ and i want to add my library of music to the one you have online. (*** does that, so I am sure there is a way to do it with you).

3- I would like to have a custom form for Credit card payments. I use an online terminal from Bank of America, and I would need simple things to be able to transmit. So I want to have a insert info here for credit card payments.

4- and lastly i would like reminders for satisfaction surveys to me, or automatically based on the event closing date, and even a reminder of past customer anniversary’s in the calendar (in the form of tasks).

If some of this requires specialized programing I am willing to discuss that. Even though I am a single op, I need to simplify this portion of my life, BADLY.

If some of these functions are currently available, I would like to know how and also if I paid to have custom forms made would you use the image of my current form as an printable form and just "fill" in the fields with the text from the online questions?
