Hello,

Just wanted to understand how the actual move to "standalone" domain goes when you are in a Trial Subscription of the product?

Do I have to make payment before I am given the details on how to migrate it?

Just trying to understand the process of how it will move across?

You do not need to make a payment to move to a standalone domain. The instructions are:

1) register a domain name
2) set the DNS entries to: NS1.CONTROLHELM13.COM and NS2.CONTROLHELM13.COM
3) notify us of your domain name by sending an email to char@djeventplanner.com

Thanks but can you please provide a bit more information,

If I update the NameServers for my domain, and point it to you - do you add any other records (for example A Records) to point to my current domain which is hosted separately with someone else?

You just need to set the DNS records to what I mentioned. We take care of the rest.

No changes are made on our end (or on your end) regarding your current website. The updating of DNS applies only to the standalone domain which is a separate domain.

You can use a subdomain if you wish. Here are the instructions to that:
